How Can I Claim Access to SureTriggers Pro?

SureTriggers has recently transitioned out of beta, and there are some important changes that will come along with the transition.

Until now, your account has been on the Business plan as we were in the beta period. Your SureTriggers account will be downgraded to the free plan by November 30, 2023.

However, if you have purchased SureCart or CartFlows and were offered SureTriggers access, this document will help you understand how you can claim access as per your purchase.

For SureCart Business/Pro Subscription Holders

If you have an active SureCart Business/Pro subscription, the SureTriggers Pro subscription is automatically included at no extra cost. This complimentary benefit remains active as long as your SureCart subscription is active.

To claim access, you can simply go to your SureTriggers store and click on the button that says “Claim SureTriggers Pro.”

Once you click the button, you will receive an email from SureTriggers with the details of the next step. Keep in mind that canceling your SureCart subscription will also cancel your SureTriggers Subscription.

For SureCart Business/Pro Lifetime Account Holders

The SureCart Business Lifetime deal provides you with 2 years of access to the SureTriggers Pro plan. Meanwhile, the SureCart Pro Lifetime deal grants you access to the SureTriggers Pro plan for 3 years.

To claim your SureTriggers account, simply click on the claim button in your SureCart store, as shown in the screenshot above. Clicking the claim button will assign you the plan for which you are eligible.

Furthermore, if you choose to purchase the SureTriggers lifetime deal, you can avail a 10% discount if you’ve previously purchased the SureCart Business Lifetime deal, and a 15% discount if you’ve purchased the SureCart Pro Lifetime deal.

Note: The discount code for the SureTriggers lifetime deal will be shared in the email sent by SureTriggers after you claim your access.

For CartFlows Pro Subscription Holders

If you’re using CartFlows Pro, the SureTriggers Pro subscription is included in your package at no additional cost. It remains active as long as your CartFlows subscription is active. Canceling your CartFlows subscription will also cancel your SureTriggers Subscription.

To claim your SureTriggers subscription, visit the downloads section of your CartFlows customer dashboard and click the claim button.

After a few minutes, you will receive an email from SureTriggers with the details of your SureTriggers account.

For CartFlows Pro Lifetime Account Holder

If you have purchased the CartFlows Pro Lifetime Deal, you will get access to the SureTriggers Pro plan for 1 year. You can claim your SureTriggers account from your CartFlows customer dashboard as shown in the screenshot above.

Additionally, if you want to purchase the SureTriggers lifetime deal, you are eligible for a 10% discount on your purchase. The discount code will be available in the email sent by SureTriggers.

Why can’t I see the claim button button?

If you’re unable to locate the claim button, you may have already claimed your SureTriggers. If you haven’t received any confirmation, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@suretriggers.com.

Can I buy multiple lifetime accounts of SureTriggers?

Yes, you are allowed to purchase multiple lifetime accounts of SureTriggers. The monthly tasks limit for SureTriggers will accumulate based on the number of purchases you make.

For example, if you buy two SureTriggers Business lifetime accounts with a single email, your tasks limit will be 20,000 tasks/month(10K tasks for each purchase).

I have multiple SureCart stores that are eligible for SureTriggers Pro. How do I claim the access?

If you have multiple SureCart stores that are eligible for SureTriggers Pro, you will notice the claim button in each store.

By claiming access in each SureCart store, a new organization will be created in your SureTriggers account, and it will be upgraded to the SureTriggers Pro plan.

It’s important to note that while the organization and plan are separate for each store, your primary email will remain the same across all of them.

For example, if you have three eligible SureCart stores and you claim access for each, you will have three separate organizations in your SureTriggers account, each upgraded to the SureTriggers Pro plan, all associated with your primary email.

I use SureTriggers with a different email, and I purchased CartFlows/SureCart with another email. Can I get SureTriggers Pro access to my existing SureTriggers account?

We use the registered email address of your CartFlows or SureCart account and assign the SureTriggers Pro plan to the same email.

However, if you haven’t claimed your SureTriggers Pro account, you can request to change the registered email address for your existing SureTriggers account to match the one used for the purchase of SureCart or CartFlows.

For instance, if you created a SureTriggers account with johndoe@example.com during the beta period, but you purchased your CartFlows account with the email johndoe987@gmail.com and would like your beta account (johndoe@example.com) to get the pro access, you can reach out to us at support@suretriggers.com, and we’ll assist you in changing the email.
