How To Set Up Webhook in Formium?

• 1. Go to dashboard.formium.io

• 2. Click on the Form to which you want to add the webhook.

• 3. Navigate to the Workflows tab of your form.

• 4. Click on the Create button of the Webhook tab.

• 5. Add a proper webhook name in the Name field.

• 6. Copy the webhook URL from the flyout & paste it under the URL field.

• 7. Check New Submission.

• 8. Click on Create.
