How to Set Up Webhook in Chargebee?

Chargebee is a subscription management system that can help you handle all the aspects of the subscription life cycle including recurring billing, invoicing, and trial management for your customers. 

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Chargebee to receive notifications on a webhook URL when events happen in your Chargebee account. For example, when a new payment is received, or a new customer is created.

So to configure the webhook URL, simply follow these steps:

1. Login to your Chargebee account.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Configure Chargebee.

4. Scroll down to API Keys & Webhooks and click on Webhooks.

5. Click on Add Webhook button.

6. Give a name to identify this webhook.

7. Paste the SureTriggers webhook URL in the Webhook URL field.

8. Select the events at which you want this webhook to be triggered.

9. Click on Create button.

10. Your webhook will be added and triggered when the selected even happens in your Chargebee account.
